Before using any products or services provided by Charger Delivery, please carefully read and thoroughly understand this policy, particularly the terms highlighted in bold or bold underlined text, which you should focus on. Only after confirming that you fully understand and agree to the terms should you begin using our services. If you have any questions, comments, or
suggestions regarding this policy, you may contact us through the various means provided by Charger Delivery.
Your trust is very important to us. We recognize the significance of personal information to you and will take appropriate security measures as required by laws and regulations to protect the safety and controllability of your personal information. To this end, the service provider of Charger Delivery (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Charger Delivery") has formulated this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy" or "this Privacy Policy") and reminds you that this policy applies to all products and services provided by Charger Delivery and those of our affiliated companies (such as the Charger Delivery mini-program). You can log in to the aforementioned products or services using your Charger Delivery platform account. If the aforementioned products or services do not have a separate privacy policy, this policy will also apply.
It is important to note that this policy does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties or products or services within Charger Delivery that have independent privacy policies.

Charger Delivery
Personal Information: Various types of information that can identify a specific individual, either alone or in conjunction with other information, and that is recorded electronically or by other means.
Sensitive Personal Information: Information including identification numbers, biometric information, bank account details, asset information, location data, transaction details, and personal information of children under the age of 14 (we will highlight specific sensitive personal information in this Privacy Policy in bold).
Deletion of Personal Information: The act of removing personal information from systems involved in daily business operations, rendering it irretrievable and inaccessible.
Child: A minor under the age of fourteen.
Unless otherwise specified, definitions used in this policy have the same meanings as those in the user agreement of the Charger Delivery platform.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Information
When you use our products and/or services, we need/may need to collect and use your personal information, which includes two categories:
Basic Functionality: To provide the basic functions of our products and/or services, we will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Cybersecurity Law. If you refuse to provide the relevant information, you will be unable to use our products and/or services normally, but this will not affect your ability to browse our web pages and client pages.
Additional Functions: To provide you with additional functions of our products and/or services, you may choose to authorize us to collect and use your sensitive personal information. If you refuse to provide this information, you will be unable to use the relevant additional functions or achieve the intended functionality, but this will not affect your ability to use the basic functions of our products and/or services.

Due to the variety of products and services we offer and the differing scopes chosen by different users, the types and scope of personal information collected and used for basic and additional functions will vary; please refer to the specific product/service functionalities.
To enhance your experience with our products and services, we continuously strive to improve our technology, which may require us to periodically launch new or optimized features, necessitating the re-collection or use of your personal information or changing the purposes or methods of using your personal information. We will inform you of the purposes, scope, and methods of information collection through updates to this policy, pop-ups, or page prompts, and seek your explicit consent. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions during this process, you may contact us through the various means provided by Charger Delivery, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
We will collect and use your personal information to achieve the functions described in this policy:
(a) Helping You Become Our Member
Basic Member Services: To register as a member and use our member services, you need to provide a mobile number, desired username, and password to create a Charger Delivery platform account. If you only need to browse and search, you do not need to register as a member or provide the above information. When you log in to your account, we may verify your membership status based on the information you provided to ensure that we are serving you. In cases where we are legally required to verify your membership status (including tax withholdings, administrative enforcement, or judicial proceedings), you authorize us to obtain the relevant verification information from your corresponding payment account for these purposes.
We will provide you with corresponding basic rights based on your member account usage.
Additional Member Services: If you choose to provide your real name, gender, date of birth, and residence information, we can offer you enhanced member services. To ensure transaction clarity, your account nickname and avatar will be publicly displayed.
Authorized Login: With your consent, we may share your account information with third parties (such as WeChat) to facilitate easy registration or login to third-party platforms using your Charger Delivery account. Additionally, we may obtain your third-party account information from third parties with your authorization and link it to your Charger Delivery account, allowing you to log in and use our products and/or services directly through the third-party account. We will use your information within the scope of your consent.
Withdrawal Function: With your consent, we will obtain your real name and mobile number information for real-name verification with your existing Alipay account. Once verified, you can withdraw funds from Charger Delivery to your Alipay account.
Other Membership Roles: If you apply to register as a seller, service provider, or other membership roles that require additional identity verification, you must provide us with identity and/or corporate information, or authorize us to obtain the relevant verification information from other sources for the verification, registration, public disclosure, and other purposes we clearly inform you of.
Account Information Display: If you have a Charger Delivery platform account, we may display your personal information (real-name verification will only show whether the verification was successful) and actions taken in connection with products and services associated with your Charger Delivery account (you may use our products and/or services through the Charger Delivery mobile entry or other product/service entrances) to showcase your profile, benefits, and transaction orders. We will respect your choices regarding Charger Delivery platform services and account settings.
(b) Providing Collection, Purchase, Follow, and Sharing Functions: During your browsing experience on our client, you can choose to collect items and/or services, establish follow relationships with merchants/brands, or share information with other third parties through the functions we provide. During your use of these functions, we will collect service log information, including your collection records, follow relationships, and sharing history, to achieve the above functions and other purposes we explicitly inform you of.
(c) Helping You Complete Orders and Manage Orders: When you order specific goods and/or services through our products and/or services, we will generate a purchase order for that product and/or service through our system. During the ordering process, you must provide at least the recipient's name, delivery address, and recipient's contact number, and the order will include the goods and/or services purchased, the specific order number, order creation time, and the amount you need to pay. We collect this information to help you complete the transaction smoothly, ensure transaction security, check order information, provide customer service, and other purposes we explicitly inform you of.
You may also order products and/or services for others; in this case, you must provide the above personal information of the actual purchaser. If the information includes that of a child, you must obtain consent from the corresponding child's guardian before providing it.
To help you understand and manage order information, we will collect the order information generated while you use our services.
You may optionally provide more additional information, such as other contact numbers and delivery times, to ensure the accurate delivery of goods or services.
(d) Helping You Complete Payments: To complete order payments, you need to provide a payment account and select a payment method. We will share your Charger Delivery platform account username, corresponding payment account username, order payment information, and other necessary information as required by anti-money laundering laws with third-party payment companies. If you choose to use a financial institution for payment services, we or our affiliated companies or partners may also share necessary payment information, including your bank card number and expiration date, with the relevant financial institution you selected.
You can request others to make payments on your behalf, in which case you need to provide the payer's payment account and/or mobile number.
To ensure we receive timely updates and confirmations regarding your payment status and to provide after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect payment status-related information from the transaction counterpart, payment company, or other financial institutions you have selected.
(e) Helping to Deliver Goods or Services: To ensure that the goods and/or services you purchased are delivered smoothly
Your trust is very important to us. In cases where we are legally required to verify your membership status (including tax withholdings, administrative enforcement, or judicial proceedings), you authorize us to obtain the relevant verification information from your corresponding payment account for these purposes.

Withdrawal Function: With your consent, we will obtain your real name and mobile number information for real-name verification with your existing Alipay account. Once verified, you can withdraw funds from Charger Delivery to your Alipay account.
Other Membership Roles: If you apply to register as a seller, service provider, or other membership roles that require additional identity verification, you must provide us with identity and/or corporate information, or authorize us to obtain the relevant verification information from other sources for the verification, registration, public disclosure, and other purposes we clearly inform you of.
Account Information Display: If you have a Charger Delivery platform account, we may display your personal information (real-name verification will only show whether the verification was successful) and actions taken in connection with products and services associated with your Charger Delivery account (you may use our products and/or services through the Charger Delivery mobile entry or other product/service entrances) to showcase your profile, benefits, and transaction orders. We collect this information to help you complete the transaction smoothly, ensure transaction security, check order information, provide customer service, and other purposes we explicitly inform you of.
You may also order products and/or services for others; in this case, you must provide the above personal information of the actual purchaser. If the information includes that of a child, you must obtain consent from the corresponding child's guardian before providing it.
To help you understand and manage order information, we will collect the order information generated while you use our services.
You may optionally provide more additional information, such as other contact numbers and delivery times, to ensure the accurate delivery of goods or services.
(d) Helping You Complete Payments: To complete order payments, you need to provide a payment account and select a payment method. We will share your Charger Delivery platform account username, corresponding payment account username, order payment information, and other necessary information as required by anti-money laundering laws with third-party payment companies. If you choose to use a financial institution for payment services, we or our affiliated companies or partners may also share necessary payment information, including your bank card number and expiration date, with the relevant financial institution you selected.
You can request others to make payments on your behalf, in which case you need to provide the payer's payment account and/or mobile number.
