Refund Policy
1. Food Delivery Orders
We aim to ensure every order meets your expectations. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please review our refund guidelines below:

• Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order is missing items or contains incorrect products, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue with the merchant and, if confirmed, process a refund or offer a credit to your account.

• Order Not Delivered
If your order is not delivered and confirmed by our system as undelivered, you are eligible for a full refund.

• Quality Issues
If the food is damaged or does not meet quality standards, please provide photos and details within 24 hours of delivery for review.


2. Coupons & Deals
Coupons and promotional vouchers purchased through Charger Delivery are subject to the following refund terms:

• Unused Coupons
If you purchased a coupon and have not redeemed it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. The coupon must still be valid (not expired).

• Reservation-Based Services
For coupons that require a reservation (e.g., beauty treatments, specialty services), cancellations must follow the merchant’s cancellation policy. If the merchant refuses service without valid reason, we will issue a refund after verification.

• Redeemed Coupons
Once a coupon has been redeemed (QR code scanned or service provided), it is non-refundable.

• Merchant Issues
If the merchant is unable to honor the coupon due to closure or service unavailability, a full refund will be provided.
